Booking and Confirmation:
Reservations are subject to availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. Until the deposit is confirmed The Sarah Concept will not schedule the event and the date's availability is not guaranteed. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation The Sarah Concept will not refund the deposit.
In the event of a cancellation after full payment has been made The Sarah Concept will refund 50%.If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be made.
In the event of a cancellation by The Sarah Concept for climatic issue an alternative date will be proposed. If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued.
Payment:
Payment of 50% of the total service value is due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% before the service is rendered. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Bizum, and Cash.
Changes and Modifications:
Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing and are subject to The Sarah Concept’s approval.
Event Duration:
The duration of the event is subject to weather conditions, organizational factors and other unforeseen variables such as specific needs of the activity with the time indicated in the activity being an estimated approximation.
Responsibility:
The Sarah Concept is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
Damages:
Elements provided for the event are inventoried. Damages or shortages during the event will be billed, with collection facilitated by presenting a copy of the invoice.
Force Majeure:
The Sarah Concept reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
In the event of a force majeure cancellation, no refund will be possible.
Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The Sarah Concept reserves the right to remove any individual disrupting the event.
Termination of Service:
The Sarah Concept reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with the agreed terms.
Insurance:
Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be subject to the relevant laws.

The personal data provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this communication. By providing this information, you give your consent for the processing of your data to fulfill the requested services.

The Sarah Concept ("TSC") values and respects the privacy and rights of individuals who participate in our activities, events, and workshops. By engaging with TSC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photography and Videography: TSC may capture photographs and videos during our events and activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and our official website.
Image Use: By participating in TSC events, you grant TSC the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice captured during the events for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, online and offline promotional materials.
Consent: Your participation in TSC events constitutes your consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform TSC staff or event organizers.
No Compensation: Participants acknowledge that they will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of their image in TSC promotional materials.
Right of Image Release for Children
I, Parent/Guardian, hereby grant permission for the use of my child's image in photographs, videos, and other media recordings taken during the activity organized by TSC. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials.I acknowledge that there will be no compensation for the use of these images and that they may be shared publicly. I release TSC, its employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising from the use of these images.I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this release and give my consent freely and voluntarily.TSC is committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all participants. Agreement Acceptance:
By confirming a booking, the client accepts these general conditions.
Tote Bags and Custom Photo Products:
No returns or refunds: We do not accept returns or process refunds on tote bags or photo products
T-shirts
Returns within 15 days: Returns are only accepted within the first 15 days from the purchase date. T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Exchanges will be valid only once approved by The Sarah Concept. Return shipping costs: All associated shipping and handling expenses for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.
